Patty-Sue was born in Miami and raised in Virginia. She has a son and daughter
she is very proud of. Her son, Bill, is a successful business man having his own Rain
Soft Water System Franchise in Orange City, and her daughter, Susan, is a professor
at Buffalo State College in New York.
During her first profession as a hairstylist, Patty-Sue studied in New York City
and then opened her own beauty salon in Buffalo where she enjoyed many years catering
to both men & women. After several years in the hairstyling business, she met
Larry Olewine, fell in love, and they married. Larry was in the real estate business
for approximately twenty years. Once married, Patty-Sue decided that the opportunity
to work in real estate, as well as the opportunity to work as a team with her husband,
was imminent and desirable so she began to pursue her real estate license.
In 1992, Larry and Patty-Sue started their own real estate company in Western New York called “Riparian
Realty,” which specialized in listing and selling exclusively “Waterfront Real Estate.” After achieving much success
for four years, they decided to move to Florida and join the RE/MAX family. After 10 &1/2 years, they decided
to move to Newnan ,Georgia. Since that move, they have been enjoying life, catering to the wonderful people
of Newnan as well as surrounding areas.
Patty-Sue is dedicated to helping people find the homes of their “dreams” by using her expertise in listening
and understanding the needs and desires of everyone she comes into contact with. Throughout her life, she has
always had a flair for beauty, not only in hairstyling, but also by seeing the beauty and potential in all the homes
